Skill. All of your Signets are disabled for 12 seconds. You are healed for 30...70...80 Health, and you gain 5 Health for each rank in Tactics.

Simply add one more line: (Together: 108)
which would be the result for 4 STR and 13 Tactics e.g..

Expertise
For each rank of Expertise, the Energy cost of all of your attacks, Rituals, touch skills and Rangers skills are decreased by 4%. Several skills, especially those related to Energy costs and skill recharge times, become more effective with higher Expertise.

Many skills are affected by Expertise, there are some breakpoints, like 9, 13, 14 and so on... Rangers usually know it by hard, but many rangers do not know the breakpoints at all. The tooltip only says 4%, which is not too helpful.

Solution: Display the REAL cost behind energy cost in brackets.

Example: Troll Unguent at 9 Expertise (5 energy skills cost 3 energy only)
Troll Unguent 5(3) Energy, 3 Cast, 10 Recharge

Helpful for the casual player that spams "how do I do (blah blah blah)" in All chat and can't figure things out for themselves.

Personally, I look up my skill energy costs on the Wiki for my Expertise before I run a build.
